You can delete your account and the data tied to it yourself at any time, without contacting support. Guest accounts are deleted the same way.
- Sign in and open the Profile tab in the bottom menu.
- Scroll down to find the Delete account section (1 in the screenshot).
- Tap the Delete my account button.
- The confirmation sheet states what will be deleted. For password accounts you are asked to enter your password.
- If you are sure, tap Permanently delete account (1).
- Changed your mind? Tap Cancel (2); nothing is deleted.
Delete on the web
Sign in at killerpool3d.com and follow the same steps (Profile → Delete account → Delete my account → confirm).
If you can’t access the app or website
From your registered email address write “Delete my account” to contact@killerpool3d.com. We verify your identity and complete the request within 30 days at the latest and confirm by email. Your username and registered email are enough; we will never ask for your password.
What is deleted and what is kept?

Can I get a copy of my data?
Yes. Before deleting, you can request a copy of the data tied to your account (data portability) at contact@killerpool3d.com; we reply reasonably and within the legal time limit. For your rights see the Privacy Policy.
FAQ
I deleted my account. Can you bring it back?
No. Deletion is permanent; you can open a new account but the old account, balances and skins cannot be restored.
Can I delete my guest account too?
Yes, with the same steps. Guest accounts have no password, so no extra password is requested.
What happens to the gems I bought?
They are deleted with the account. If you want to use store refund rights (Apple/Google/Stripe) or your statutory rights, write to us before deleting.
How long does deletion take?
Deleting in the app takes effect immediately. Requests sent by email are completed within 30 days at the latest.
